While a number of Saudi government entities have launched their digitisation process, three entities seem to have taken a head start, with one of them particularly standing out. Sofana Dahlan, president and founder of Tashkeil, explains how this Ministry in particular has made a profound impact by focusing on consumer experience, public value, and the future workforce.

In 2014, former engineer Amr Fawzy co-founded GoodsMart, an e-commerce application that delivers groceries in Cairo in a no human interaction process. Today, the company employs 200 people. In our conversation with Fawzy, he explains how he sees the sector evolving.
