Before the Coronavirus made its way out of China, Kitopi had embarked on its global expansion. It had readied its kitchens in New York and London, hoping to emulate its success elsewhere. But the subsequent lockdowns, halted the company's plans. In this feature, we look back at Kitopi's three-year journey and what's next for them.
While the pandemic has played havoc across financial markets in Mena, tech investors continue to pour money into startups they find promising. To understand the startup funding scene better and how competition might play out in the technology sector, we spoke with Issa Aghabi, founder and managing partner of VC fund, Access Bridge Ventures (ABV).
