An office was always considered the cornerstone of any business, but nowadays, the idea of having an office is becoming less essential as more businesses shift their operations virtually to leverage the benefits of having a remote workforce. According to Marwan Abdelaziz, CEO of Ureed, it will be essential for startups to adapt to the change in business practices in a post-COVID world.
The restaurant and hospitality sector has suffered dramatically over the past few months, initially with lockdown, now with the slowdown in tourism. Jihat El-Eit, founder and CEO of kaykroo, takes us through the evolution of the Man'oushe Street chain of restaurants to a cloud kitchen, and the company's plans to launch what he defines as a 'brick and click' model.
